Monthly Tasting & More - It’s a Whole Day!

This month, we have a couple of amazing stops! We will start the day at Sugarloaf Moutain for our Frederick Wine Club Tasting! This tasting (pre-selected flight) is included as a member benefit! Then, for those of you who can join us, we will head over to Hidden Hills for a great day at one of our favorite member’s locations! Wine is available here for purchase and you can expect that we all purchase a bottle to share. Safe drivers available of course! For members, your tasting at Sugarloaf Mountain is included. Bottle credit this month will be available for pick up the following week for all members or you can opt to receive a $20.00 gift card at Sugarloaf Mountain toward purchase of a bottle at the event only.

Schedule: Sugarloaf Mountain - 11-2, Hidden Hills 3-5:30, (unfortunately, the bull run live music event was cancelled, so we will wrap up at Hidden Hills)

Guests are welcome, however guests are responsible for payment for tastings and any purchases.

Reservation (by submitting payment or deposit) is required by September 1, 2025

Payment Options via Paypal are listed below. Use Paypal Pay Later options to give yourself 2 years to pay!

We want as many members to be able to attend as possible, so if you are not able to pay in full or are not approved for Paypal’s pay later options, you may make a deposit of $500.00 via the deposit link below to receive a Pay over Time invoice. This option will receive a 5% service fee to cover fees and additional costs which will be added to the invoice. You will receive an invoice for the balance after your deposit within 24 hours allowing you to make payments over time for at least $100 per transaction. We encourage you to pay monthly toward this invoice as your invoice is required to be paid in full by March 1, 2026.

You will receive a form requesting your traveler information within 48 hours of payment submission. This form should be completed as soon as possible with as much detail as possible. Completed form with full traveler information will be due by March 1, 2026. This form will be sent from our owner’s travel account via an app called Tern.

Pricing based on double occupancy accommodations. Price will be reevaluated on February 1, 2025 and again on June 1, 2025, and is subjected to change based on current prices. Attendees who have already reserved will not be affected by any price change.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations are allowed through March 1, 2026 with refunds as described below

    • Cancellation request received by January 1, 2026 receive full refund less $250 (covers fees and admin costs)

    • Cancellations received January 1, 2026 - March 1, 2026 receive refund at 70% of total paid

    • Cancellations between March 1 and April 1, 2026 receive refund of 50% of total paid

    • Any balances not paid in full by March 1, 2026 will be automatically cancelled and refunded at 70% of total paid amount

    • Should Frederick Wine Club cancel the event, all paid amounts will be refunded in full

    • Frederick Wine Club is not responsible for unforeseen cancellations or delays, by the airline, venue or destination attractions, but will work to accommodate and adjust all travel.

    • If you receive an incentive credit or voucher and cancel the trip, any refund according to the cancellation policy will be deducted from by the full amount of the incentive credit. This credit will be listed on your invoice and may be paid out to you separately. By booking and receiving an incentive credit (if applicable) you agree to return this to Frederick Wine Club via the method it was issued or to have this deducted from any refund issued upon cancellation of your membership or trip reservation.

  • Frederick Wine Club is not responsible for travel related losses or injuries that are incurred while engaging or partaking in services offered by other parties or institutions.

Frederick Wine Club will join the Maryland Wineries Association’s Maryland Wine Experience for our quarterly event. Purchase your ticket directly from the Maryland Wineries Association and meet up with Frederick Wine Club members as we join this incredible learning experience.

The Maryland Wineries Association presents A Maryland Wine Experience, showcasing the best of Maryland wine in a two-part consumer event. Winemakers, winery owners and expert winery staff will be on hand to talk about their wines and offer a sneak peek into why they're so passionate about what they do.

This unique spring wine experience will be hosted at the Visitation Hotel and Tenth Ward Distilling Company in Frederick, MD. Our full-event package includes admission to your choice of two Master Class Sessions and access to the Grand Tasting, featuring dozens of Maryland-grown wines and wines from abroad.

If you’d prefer to attend individual sessions of the event, don’t hesitate to build your own experience and purchase individual session passes for the Master Class Sessions and the Grand Tasting.

And if you love the featured wines, visit the Maryland Wine Bottle Shop where you can purchase any of the wines to take home at the end of your visit. Winemakers not included, though...

PART I - EXPLORE

DOWNTOWN FREDERICK COCKTAIL CRAWL | FRIDAY, MARCH 21

Participate in an exciting, immersive experience on Friday, March 21 at the Downtown Frederick Cocktail Crawl. Explore local craft beverage makers and sip on specialty wine cocktails made with Maryland wines. This event is FREE to participate, all drinks are purchased a la carte at each location by participants. All participants will receive a booklet complete with a map to each location, and information about each business + the featured drinks.

Important Note: Ticket Sales for this Event end 9/20/24 to ensure that we can purchase tickets seated together at the best price and make all reservations.

Transportation is included. We will travel to Hershey PA for a 1:00 showing of Hamilton. On the return trip, we will make a stop at an area tasting room/vineyard. Tasting included in ticket price. We will plan to return between 5 and 6 PM.

The orchard, farm, and vineyard portions of the official Spook Hill course are private property and are OFF LIMITS except for those participating in the race on race day.
