Cheers to preserving your wine’s best qualities!

  • TEMPERATURE

    • Storing wine at a consistent temperature, ideally between 45-65 degrees (7-18 Celsius). Avoid fluctuations, as they can negatively impact the aging process.

  • HUMIDITY

    • Maintain a humidity level of 60%-70% to prevent corks from drying out and to protect labels from peeling.

  • DARKNESS

    • Keep wine away from direct light, especially sunlight, as UV rays can degrade the wine’s quality and accelerate aging.

  • VIBRATION

    • Store wine in a stable environment free from vibrations, which can disturb the sediment and impact the aging process.

  • POSITION

    • Store bottles on their side to keep the cork in contact with the wine, preventing it from drying out and allowing air to enter.

  • AIR QUALITY

    • Avoid storing wine near strong odors, as wine can absorb smells through the cork.

  • STORAGE LOCATION

    • Use a dedicated wine fridge, wine cellar, or a cool, dark place in your home for best results. Avoid areas like kitchens or garages where temperature and humidity can fluctuate.

  • BOTTLE ORIENTATION

    • For older wines, consider storing them at a slight angle to ensure the wine stays in contact with the cork.

  • WINE RACKS

    • Use wine racks or shelves that provide proper support for bottles and allow for easy access without disturbing other bottles.

  • CLEANING

    • Regularly clean your storage area to avoid mold, dust, or other contaminants that could affect your wine.
