Mia has refined her expertise in Bean-to-Bar Chocolate through hands-on experiences on chocolate farms in Hawaii, bringing these honed skills to fruition in her newly launched Babylon Chocolates company which specializing is bean-to-bar, ethically sourced cacao from around the world. Creek’s Edge is delighted to present this local small business, offering a 4-piece wine flight meticulously paired with her exceptional chocolates.
