Terms and Conditions - Frederick Wine Club Membership

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before becoming a member of the Frederick Wine Club. By joining the Frederick Wine Club, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Membership Fees: a. Monthly Membership: Members will be charged a monthly fee of $39.99 plus tax, based on their original purchase rate, to the original purchase method. b. Annual Membership: Members can choose to pay an annual fee of $429.99 plus tax, based on their original purchase rate, to the original purchase method.

  2. Age Requirement: a. Membership with the Frederick Wine Club is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By becoming a member, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.

  3. Safe Drinking and Responsibility: a. Frederick Wine Club promotes responsible drinking and encourages its members to drink responsibly. b. Members agree not to consume alcohol and drive after attending a Frederick Wine Club event. c. Frederick Wine Club shall not be held responsible for any activities undertaken by the member that may cause injury to another party or damage to property.

  4. Alcohol Consumption and Driving: a. Members attending Frederick Wine Club events agree to limit their alcohol intake to a safe and responsible amount. b. Members agree not to operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

  5. Cancellation Policy: a. Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying Frederick Wine Club in writing. b. Cancellation requests will be effective immediately. c. There are no prorated refunds for the cancellation of a membership. d. Once a membership is canceled, no further monthly or annual charges will be incurred.

  6. Monthly Bottle Credit: Frederick Wine Club does not sell or ship alcohol. The partner location that hosts the event at most times serves as the seller and distributor. Monthly bottle credits can be redeemed at a tasting event. A member may contact Frederick Wine Club in advance of the event to request a bottle hold and, at the discretion of Frederick Wine Club, the bottle will be provided at the next event. Bottle holds are not guaranteed and a member who is unable to attend an event, may, in some circumstances receive a different option, or may not receive a credited bottle for the month in question.

  7. Use of image and likeness in social media, correspondence and online presence: As a Frederick Wine Club Member or as a guest who has attended a sponsored event, you agree that your image and/or likeness and voice recordings may be used in social media, correspondence and online presence at the discretion of Frederick Wine Club. Your consent for use of your image and/or likeness may be revoked, by submitting a request in writing to Frederick Wine Club and submitting to the member email provided to you. This request must include your full name and registered email address.

General Provisions:

  • Frederick Wine Club reserves the right to modify or terminate the membership program at any time without prior notice.

  • Frederick Wine Club may update these terms and conditions from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions on the Frederick Wine Club website.

  • Members are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the terms and conditions before participating in any Frederick Wine Club events or activities.

By becoming a member of the Frederick Wine Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
