REGISTRATION IS CLOSED - For our first annual trip, we will travel out to Wine Country! The planning for this event is underway and this page will be updated with additional details as they are confirmed (dependencies on total attendees).

What to Expect:

Dates: MODIFIED DATES - JULY 12-16, 2024. Travel in July 12 - Page updates to follow once adjustments have been completed for all bookings. June 14-17, 2024 (if travelling with FWC, fly in evening of June 13)

Lodging: Members will enjoy private bedrooms (double occupancy when appropriate) near Petaluma, CA. Petaluma is approximately 20 minutes from Sonoma, 45 minutes to Napa and 25 minutes to the ocean!

Schedule:

• Thursday, June 13 - optional travel day. Frederick Wine Club Organizers fly in. Loding available for all travelers that have RSVP’d by March 1, 2024

• Friday, June 14

  • Travel to Villa (included for travelers booking flights with FWC)

  • Welcome Lunch (included)

  • Casual Day while remaining members arrive (vineyard, pool, beach, local town, etc.)

  • Late afternoon Vineyard Visit

  • Dinner/Individual Activities

• Saturday, June 15

  • Breakfast (included)

  • Full day Vineyard Tour - 5-8 wineries and lunch (included)

  • Dinner/Individual Activities

• Sunday, June 16

  • Breakfast (included)

  • Open Day for Vineyard and Town Exploration

  • Farewell Dinner (included)

• Monday, June 17

  • Lite Morning Fare (included)

  • Travel to Airport (included for all as appropriate for flight times)

Transportation: Frederick Wine Club will have transportation available for all included activities while at the villa. We will book your flight with our group if you’d like to travel with us. If travel is booked with us (or your flight arrives within 30 minutes of the group arrival), you will also be able to travel to the villa with us in the rental.

Pricing:

• Trip per person without airfare

  • $1795+tax

• Trip per person with Airfare

  • $2595+tax

• Deadline to reserve your spot: April 14, 2024

• Pay over time: Payment in full is required by May 1, 2024.

  If paying in partial payments, a $250 deposit is required. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive an invoice from Frederick Wine Club (via PayPal) giving you access to pay the balance in partial payments or in full.

• Pricing will be reevaluated and may be adjusted to reflect current pricing for the services offered in the destination area. Repricing evaluation will occur March 20, and April 1 with any changes taking effect in 5 days from the repricing date. Any changes will be communicated by email and will not affect any attendees who have already paid or secured their spot with a pay over time deposit.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are allowed through May 1, 2024 with refunds as described below

  • Cancellation request received by February 15, 2024 receive full refund less $100 (covers fees and admin costs

  • Cancellations received February 16, 2024 - May 1, 1024 receive refund at 60% of total paid, less taxes and service fees

  • Any balances not paid in full by May 1, 2024 will be automatically cancelled and refunded at 60% of total paid amount, less taxes and service fees

  • Should Frederick Wine Club cancel the event, all paid amounts will be refunded in full

  • Frederick Wine Club is not responsible for unforseen cancellations or delays, by the airline, venue or destination attractions, but will work to accomodate and adjust all travel.

• Frederick Wine Club is not responsible for travel related losses or injuries that are incurred while engaging or partaking in services offered by other parties or institutions. During travel, all members will be required to sign waiver documentation. Members who do not wish to participate and sign waiver will be eligible to cancel will be entitled to a 60% refund from the base cost.
